The short version
These are instant digital downloads, so we do not offer routine change-of-mind refunds. If something is actually wrong with a product, we will fix it or refund you.
When we will refund
- A file is corrupt, will not open, or is missing from your order
- You received something materially different from what the product page described
- You were charged more than once for the same order
When we generally will not
- You changed your mind after downloading
- You bought the wrong city or product by mistake, contact us anyway, we will usually swap it
- Your printer, ink or paper produced a result you did not like
How to ask
Reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact page, within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number. Tell us what went wrong, a screenshot helps.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
