What we collect
When you buy something: your email address, the products you ordered, and the amount paid. Payment card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
When you download: we record which files you downloaded and when, plus a one-way hashed version of your IP address. We use this to spot link sharing and to help you if a download fails. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
When you subscribe: your email address, and where you subscribed from.
Analytics: if analytics tools are enabled, they may set cookies and collect usage data. Placeholder, list whichever tools you actually turn on.
What we do with it
To deliver what you bought, to send your receipt and download link, to provide support, and, only if you opted in, to send occasional marketing email. We do not sell your personal information.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Download links expire after one year.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us. Note that we may need to retain order records for legal reasons.
